Do you know what's worth fighting for, ♥
When it's not worth dying for?
Does it take your breath away
When you're at the end of the road
And you lost all sense of control
And your thoughts have taken their toll
When your mind breaks the spirit of your soul
Your faith walks on broken glass
And the hangover doesn't pass
Nothing's ever built to last
You're in ruins

Session 4: cyber gaming.
Saturday, August 1, 2009 1:30 AM
I have learnt that if we are addicted to gaming, we have to bear with the consequences.
We may embrace the wrong values- having poor character.
We may be confused with Reality.
We may have poor outlook in life.
We may steal time-with poorly developed skills.
How to overcome addiction?
Firstly, we must do what is necessary first.
Like we must finish our studies before playing online games.
We must set goals for oursekves.
We must decide on how how many hours we spend on playing computer games per week.
We can seek help from families and friends.
We must think about what we may lose if we are addicted.
We will lose our future, our education, our ndreams and our career.
Is that all worth while?
Remember that the Internet world can never replace the real world.
Doing well in games will not means that you will do well in reality.
Just work hard at being yourself,
REMEMBER!
PURSUE YOUR DREAMS WITH FOCUS!
DON'T GET ADDICTED TO THE INTERNET!

SESSION 3: Dangerous Content- Cyber Crap
Wednesday, July 22, 2009 5:30 AM
They taught us how to handle content on the Internet.
We don't forward unverified information.
We must check with reliable sources.
- Online(Recommended sources, Cyber Wellness, Mentors)
- Offline( Teachers, trusted adult friends, CRUSh trainers, Parents)
Using Internet for research?
When using the Internet for research, it is important that the information that you gather is correct. Determine whether the document that you are reading is:
(i) Comprehensive or Biased?
- A good website would give you more facts and information.
- The author would not impose his views on others.
(ii) Consistent or Different?
- Use information from various sites to piece together as even fuller picture on the topic of your research.
(iii) Current or outdated?
- If we are working on current issues, there will be new and latest developments that we should include in the assignment.
Go to content friendly website.
Example:
www.dictionary.comRemember:
INTERNET CONTENT CANNOT BE EFFECTIVELY REGULATED.
YOU ARE THE BEST FILTER.
And don't copyright.
Don't use others works without paying.
Don't use others works and pass off as your own.
RESPECT OTHERS RIGHTS!

SECOND SESSION:Cyber Relationships- GIRLS.
5:17 AM
This is the post for the second lesson.
I learnt that what draws me online?
It is because a sense of excitement and it makes me safe.
And it teaches me how to handle online contacts.
We cannot authorize anyone who sends a request.
I also learnt that:
DON'T MEET SOMEONE YOU GOT TO KNOW ONLINE!
An online friend is always a stranger, no matter how well you think that you know him/her.
We cannot trust strangers.
We also must protect our hearts from melting.
We must be friendly and pleasant. Don't flirt. Otherwise we will get into triuble. If we break an unknown's guy heart, you would never know how he might plan to take revenge.
We must avoid sharing intimate things and feelings with online friends. We will develop an emotional attachment for these people will make you vulnerable.
We must not get sweet-talked. When he says sweet and mushy stuffs like" hi honey" and " sweetie" tell yourself you are not the only one that he has typed those words to.
LAST THING!
DON"T GET SWEET-TALKED.
YOU ARE VERY PRECIOUS!

SESSION 1. Astuteness in Revealing Information
4:59 AM
Through this first session, I have learnt alot.
I learnt that we should have COOL identity.
COOL stands for:
Cannot reveal gender and age.
Original.
Out of this world.
something that you Like.
I also learnt that anything I revealed online like on blogs, twitters etc is PUBLIC.
Once we placed it online, any unknown people can see. And it is not within my control.
We cannot control who viewed our blog and we cannot stop them.
We need to practice selective disclosure of information.
We don't lie.
If we lied about our identity that means we will become a liar if we habitually tell a lie.
There are 2 levels of information:
Public: It is okay if ANYONE to know information about you. As they cannot contact you.
Private: Never reveal private information, Use initials for your name. Don't give them your phone number, home address etc.
REMEMBER!
Information we reveal online is PUBLIC not PRIVATE.
That;s all for this session.
